Description
Complete batching plant type PPL, built by Frumecar in 2018. Both the bunker set and the mixing section have always been stored indoors and function perfectly.
The batching plant includes the following components, among others:

1 cement screw (between cement silo and weighing scale).

Office container including control cabinet, computer and cabling.

Pneumatic installation with compressor.

Bunker set of 3 bunkers in line (complete with support structure, dosing belts and weighing belt).

Sicoma OMG planetary mixer 500/375 with skip hoist, cement weighing scale, water dosing and other accessories.

Mixing platform with discharge cone, railings and access stairs.
-
Dosing system for admixtures.

Complete control system type K2.
The mixer is in as-new condition and has been completely overhauled. We have completely disassembled the mixer, re-blasted and painted it, replaced all seals, installed new cables, new wheels, etc.
We took the mixer to a trade show (see photos), so you can be sure that the mixer is in perfect condition both technically and aesthetically.
